Swedish massage uses repetition and long strokes to relax, increase blood flow, and move lymph fluid in the body. This is the most common technique practiced.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage Nicole’s speciality. This massage is ideal for musculoskeletal issues or chronic problem areas. It uses sustained pressure and pinpointed massage to help release and stretch muscle and connective tissue.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi is the practice of ancient Hawaiian massage using long rhythmic strokes often using forearms, it is a sort of “dance” massaging to a cadence of lovely relaxing Hawaiian music.

Hot Stone or Hot Shell Technique

Hot stone and hot shell massage uses either smooth heated stones or smooth heated shells to use during the massage. This brings a delectable level of warmth to your massage. This massage is only offered for 90 mins.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is for mothers-to-be who need special care in positioning for their massage. Typically known as side lying massage, the person is propped with multiple pillows in order to keep them comfortable and give their hard working bodies a chance to heal and restore. It is suggested to wait until the 2nd trimester to book prenatal massage.

as your base scrub. And we offer the amazing Dr. Haushka body oil line for scents to choose between:

Your treatment will begin with dry brushing, applied scrub, relaxing scalp massage, a warm shower, and then an application of your chosen Dr. Hauschka body oil. This aromatic treatment will leave you relaxed and your skin glowing.

60 minute Make Your Own Scrub treatment $90

Dry Brushing Treatment

This treatment takes a small firm bristle brush you can take home at the end of your treatment, and exfoliates dry and dead skin. Dry brushing is known to increase blood flow, move lymphatic fluid, and feel oh-so-good! After brushing you will get a foot reflexology treatment with hot towels and a scalp & facial massage to cap it off.

For travel massage inside Sonoma County we add a travel/setup fee that varies depending on travel time. Call 707-322-9132 to inquire further. Massage outside of Sonoma County is available with an automatic travel/set up fee of $50 minimum depending on location.
